Separating Well for Children Service

Separating Well for Children Service at Kells Family Resource Centre is a new programme for separated parents. Whether you are just starting on your separation journey or have been separated for quite some time, SWCS can support you in developing a shared parenting plan that focuses on the best outcomes for children.

Alcoholics Anonymous

At Alcoholics Anonymous, we understand the challenges of overcoming alcohol addiction. That's why our community development program offers a supportive and non-judgmental environment for those seeking help. Join us to connect with others who are also on the path to recovery and learn about the resources available to you.
Date: Tuesdays at 1 pm
Narcotics Anonymous

Finding a supportive community can make all the difference in overcoming narcotic addiction. Narcotics Anonymous offers a space for individuals to find fellowship, support, and hope in their journey towards recovery. Our experienced members help guide participants towards living a fulfilling life, free of addiction. Come join us and take the first step towards a healthier and happier you.
Date: Sundays and Thursdays at 7 pm
Al-Anon

Addiction affects not only the individual struggling but also their family members and loved ones. At Al-Anon, we offer a supportive community for those living with a family member who has an alcohol addiction. Our program provides a safe and confidential space for individuals to share their experiences and support each other unconditionally.

MQI Family Support

Merchants Quay Ireland’s family support service provides family members with counselling, advice and guidance to deal with the trauma and issues associated with discovering a loved one is caught in addiction.

Pieta Outreach Service

Pieta provides free counselling to those with suicidal ideation, those engaging in self-harm, and those bereaved by suicide. Staff are fully qualified and provide a professional one-to-one therapeutic service.

Immediate Need Food Parcels

Kells Family Resource Centre (Kells FRC) works in conjunction with St. Vincent de Paul (Kells) and FEAD to provide emergency food parcels to help families in immediate need on a one-off basis. Other services are available to address various support needs.
